VELOCITY MAGAZINE TEAMS UP WITH JACKSON WALLS FOR PUKEKOHE

We are excited to announce that we are teaming up with a young up and coming Aussie driver in the Formula 4 class which has its final 2018 Round at Pukekohe Park raceway this weekend alongside the Supercars. 

This will be 15 year old Jackson Walls first visit to the New Zealand circuit.  And this weekend Velocity Mag will be supplying Jackson with both images and media, along with some video interviews and up to date information for his social media as well as on the Velocity Website and Facebook pages. (As part of a big new project we have coming in 2019 – watch this space)

Jackson had this to say about the event this weekend “Yeah I’m definitely super keen for New Zealand since its our final round and it’s also racing with Supercars. Hopefully the competition will be levelled out (with a new circuit), which will make it a-lot more competitive and exciting but I’m still pretty gutted that the season is coming to an end after a really good first season transitioning from karts to cars but definitely hoping to haul some points in for the weekend and be competitive”. 

We will have more on Jackson’s plans for the 2019 season over the course of the weekend too.

Jackson currently stands in 7th place in the series and 3rd in the Rookie standing and has had a couple of fourth spot finishes in his first year in the class.  Jackson competes under the PATRIZICORSE team.

The final round of the 2018 CAMS PAYCE Australian Formula 4 Championship will be a historic event, with the category heading overseas for the very first time.  Supporting the ITM Auckland SuperSprint round of the Virgin Australia Supercars Championship, it will be the first appearance of FIA Formula 4 machinery on New Zealand soil.
